Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of Voice Interview AI - SWE ("Voice Interview AI - SWE", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Voice Interview AI - SWE, you agree to these Terms.
If you downloaded Voice Interview AI - SWE from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, and these Terms supplement that agreement where they do not conflict with it.
Eligibility and App Use
- You must use Voice Interview AI - SWE only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your app installation and device.
- Do not share content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful.
Service Scope and AI Processing
- Voice Interview AI - SWE provides interview practice prompts, simulations, and coaching feedback.
- To provide evaluations and simulation turns, your voice and text responses are processed by third-party AI model processors. The current submitted server configuration uses Z.ai GLM through an Anthropic-compatible API endpoint; server configuration may also use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini for the same interview-processing purpose.
- Service output is educational guidance only and does not guarantee interview outcomes.
- AI generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid features may be offered as auto renewing subscriptions through Apple In App Purchase.
- Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple terms.
- You can manage subscriptions in Apple account subscription settings.
License
Subject to these Terms and any applicable Apple App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Voice Interview AI - SWE on devices you own or control for personal interview practice. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse Voice Interview AI - SWE systems.
- Do not use Voice Interview AI - SWE to violate rights, laws, or contractual restrictions.
- Do not submit sensitive third-party personal data unless authorized to do so.
Intellectual Property
Voice Interview AI - SWE, including software, branding, and service materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and users.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Voice Interview AI - SWE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
